By downloading, installing, or using the Birthdate Calculator app (including any related services, such as the “Yuki” event countdown and widget features), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app helps you track birthdays and other events, calculate age and countdowns, manage reminders, and optionally sync events to your device calendar. Some features may require a premium subscription. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

## 3. Use of the App
- You must use the app only in compliance with these terms and with applicable laws.
- You may not use the app to harass others, distribute illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the app or its services.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter (e.g. names, dates). We do not verify this information.

## 4. Your Data and Privacy
- Your data (names, dates, photos, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Optional features (e.g. calendar sync, in-app purchases) may involve your device’s OS or third-party processors (e.g. Apple, Google, RevenueCat); their terms and privacy policies apply to those interactions.

## 5. Premium and Purchases
- Premium or subscription features may be offered inside the app. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (and possibly by RevenueCat for subscription management). We do not store your payment details.
- Refunds and subscription management are handled by the store from which you purchased. Contact Apple or Google for refund or cancellation requests.

The app (including design, text, code, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content except as allowed by the store terms or our written permission.

- Age, countdown, and other calculations are for informational use only. We are not liable for decisions you make based on this information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
